增壓泵的原理有哪些?

設定的驅動氣壓直接決定出口壓力。更終輸出壓力可根據增壓泵技術特性表中的公式計算。當驅動部分和高壓部分達到平衡,即達到更終壓力時,增壓泵將停止運行,不再消耗空氣。當高壓部分的壓力下降或驅動壓力增加時,增壓泵自動氣動運行,直到再次達到壓力平衡。此外,MAXIMATOR增壓泵可以通過氣動開關、接觸式壓力表或外部控制裝置自動打開和關閉。
The set driving pressure directly determines the outlet pressure. The final output pressure can be calculated according to the formula in the technical characteristics table of booster pump. When the driving part and the high pressure part reach the balance, that is, when the final pressure is reached, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. When the pressure of the high pressure part decreases or the driving pressure increases, the booster pump automatically operates pneumatically until the pressure balance is reached again. In addition, maximator booster pump can be opened and closed automatically by pneumatic switch, contact pressure gauge or external control device.

自動保壓:當保壓回路壓力下降時,氣液增壓泵自動啟動,補充泄漏壓力,保持回路壓力恒定;
